RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Standard Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@streamlines.aero or use your order confirmation email. You can indicate your intent to return within 30 days of receiving your product. After indicating your intent to return, you have a further 14 days to then return your products to us. This is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is being delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. This statutory right is in addition to the standard return policy above and to your rights in respect of faulty goods.
When the 14 days start. The withdrawal period runs for 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.
The window includes weekends and holidays. The 14 days are counted as calendar days and include weekends and public holidays. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.
Cancelling before dispatch. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled (dispatched), free of charge, by using your customer account or by contacting us.
How to exercise your right. You can exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer account using our self-serve returns and cancellations, or by contacting us at info@streamlines.aero. You may use a model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to — any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.
Returning the goods. After telling us you wish to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Condition of the goods. You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You do not need to keep them unused, unworn, or with their tags attached in order to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds under the right of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (and, for EU right-of-withdrawal cancellations, within the 14-day period described above). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
